In particular, they also apply if they differ from the general terms and conditions of the client, unless Electrostickers has accepted these conditions in writing. If Electrostickers agrees in writing with a client on specific conditions that differ from these general terms, these specific provisions take precedence over the general terms. If any provision of these general terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these general terms shall not be affected. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the economic objective of the invalid provision. Place of delivery, place of performance. The place of performance is La Tour-de-Tr\u00eame.<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-289dcc5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"289dcc5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The place of performance is La Tour-de-Tr\u00eame. The shipment is made from Electrostickers\u2019 headquarters. The risks are transferred to the buyer from the moment the goods are sent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-297a500 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"297a500\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Transport, packaging.\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80db861 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"80db861\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Electrostickers packs the delivery and arranges its transport. However, Electrostickers does not assume any responsibility for this. Shipping and packing costs are included in the Electrostickers rates. All other costs that may arise during delivery are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is solely responsible for the delivery from the time of shipment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b44f2c7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b44f2c7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Delivery time.\n\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dac77f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dac77f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Delivery times are given as an indication only. Electrostickers makes every effort to ensure that delivery times are respected. A possible delay in delivery does not give the buyer the right to withdraw from the contract. The buyer has no right to claim for lost or damaged packages, directly or indirectly. As mentioned above, once the shipment is made, the goods are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-daa400f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"daa400f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Prices.\n\n\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-181e656 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"181e656\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Prices quoted are for quality and quantity only. Electrostickers\u2019 prices are subject to change. Prices are in CHF and unless otherwise agreed in writing, at the time of shipment, exclude VAT and possible taxes, customs duties, packaging, transport, insurance, permits, etc.<\/p><p>Electrostickers charges a surcharge for orders under 50 CHF. This surcharge is 20 CHF to cover the cost of order processing and shipping.<\/p><div><div dir=\"auto\" data-message-author-role=\"assistant\" data-message-id=\"639f74b0-ef18-4fd8-acf1-ee1e5e41e008\"><div><p>Except for discounts expressly specified in Electrostickers&#8217; documents (e.g., the offer, order confirmation), no other discounts, rebates, or fees may be deducted. Deductions for any potential warranty claims are not permitted. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-159ed36 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"159ed36\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Terms of payment \/ retention of title.\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c138326 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c138326\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Payments are to be made by the customer in accordance with the payment conditions agreed by Electrostickers without deduction of discounts, costs, taxes, duties, customs duties or the like. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are to be paid net within 30 days.<\/p><p>If the customer does not meet the payment deadlines, interest on arrears of 5% will be due from the second reminder. If a summons is issued, an additional summons fee of CHF 20.00 is due. Electrostickers may assign its claims to external collection services. The right to claim compensation for other damages remains reserved.<\/p><p>For the first order, the invoice must be paid in advance before Electrostickers will proceed with the delivery of the goods. For orders over 1000 CHF, a deposit of 50% may be required to process the order.<\/p><p>Electrostickers retains ownership of the entire delivery until full payment is made.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-333fca2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"333fca2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Warranty \/ liability.\n\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b12563 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1b12563\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The customer is obliged to check the delivery immediately upon receipt. Complaints must be made within eight days of receipt of the delivery at the latest. The warranty period begins with the dispatch of the order.<\/p><p>If defects occur during the warranty period, the customer has the right to repair or replace the defective stickers. Only Electrostickers has the authority to decide whether the defective stickers should be replaced. The customer is not entitled to change the contract, to demand a reduction in value or to claim damages, if the case has not been investigated and analyzed with Electrostickers.<\/p><p>Defective parts must always be made available to plica in full, not just individual parts, and the costs of this delivery are borne by the customer.<\/p><p>The warranty is excluded if:<\/p><p>\u2013 in case of damage due to normal wear and tear<\/p><p>\u2013 in case of damage due to processing or storage<\/p><p>\u2013 in case of damage due to force majeure.<\/p><p>In case of other contractual or non-contractual faults Electrostickers is only liable for direct damage that is justified in case of intent or gross negligence on its part. Electrostickers shall not be liable for slight negligence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-584d85c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"584d85c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. Returns.\n\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e7f0f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5e7f0f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Return of stickers is only possible with the prior consent of Electrostickers. Items must be in perfect condition and must have been purchased from Electrostickers. 20% of the value of the goods or at least CHF 100.00 will be charged for handling and deducted directly from the credit note.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0940332 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0940332\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9.
